Ever wanted to create Flash menus but don't have the know-how? Flash Menu Builder does not require any ActionScript programming ability or even graphic design skills - just some time, a PC and a mouse. You can create menus and head banners for Web pages in an instant.

You can create drop-down menus, sub-menus, banner images, icons and even add music. You can also personalize the Flash menus with colors, sources, position of the text, animations and audio effects. The controls are very intuitive and easy to use and it even generates HTML within the embedded menus.

In reality though, this can only be used to create fairly simple Flash menus. There's no guarantee either that it will work with all websites but as a basic solution for complete novices, it does an excellent job.
